Return And Refund Policy
We only accept return of BLaHO garments in the event of receiving a damaged product from our end. Please refer to the size charts provided (of ready product measurements) for confirmation on all sizes. For personalised guidance on sizing, our team is available on info@houseofblaho.com
We do however accept exchanges for sizing issues. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return; or we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it. We currently only offer exchange & store credit, no refund.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where you have to send in your package. Items sent back to us without requesting first, will not be accepted. Upon receiving a through quality check will be carried out.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defected, damaged or if you receive a wrong item, so as for us to evaluate the issue and correct it.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
